Antonia Mocatta is the Director of Central Services at the University of Sydney Library. Antonia's pronouns are she/her. Antonia's qualifications include BA WITS MA Middx MBA S.Cross DBA Newcastle(NSW).

Dr Antonia Mocatta leads the Central Services team to deliver business support services to the Library divisions. This team manages the Library’s finances, strategy implementation, analytics and reporting, process optimisation, quality and compliance, and project management.

Antonia has more than 15 years of experience in senior management roles in the higher education sector. She was previously the Chief Operating Officer for a group of private, creative media colleges in Australia and New Zealand. She joined the University of Sydney Library in 2016 as Associate Director Quality, Innovation and Planning, before becoming the Director Central Services in 2020.

Part of her role involves the delivery of diversity and inclusion initiatives; a lifelong career focus. She considers the University of Sydney Library a wonderful place to work because of its varied and fascinating projects, unique collections, and opportunities to engage in activities that result in positive cultural and educational outcomes.
