Image from Tillotson's The protestant religion vindicated

John Tillotson was a Latitudinarian Anglican who became Archbishop of Canterbury in 1691. Known for his outspoken anti-Catholicism, this work harps on that theme in an attempt to vindicate Protestant Christianity. It was originally published as a sermon in the form seen here. This was an extremely common format for sermons and pamphlets from the period.
