This is the final revised version of the play Ned Kelly by Douglas Stewart as it was sent to the publishers, Angus & Robertson. The 170 pages of typescript have many annotations in the authors own hand reflecting his final thoughts on the form of the text. Together with this typescript of the play, the Library also possesses the original pencil sketches, and the pen and ink drawings, by Norman Lindsay which were used to illustrate the published edition.
