July 2020

  • SciFinder-n is now available to access, SciFinder-n is a research discovery application that provides integrated access to comprehensive and authoritative source of references, substances and reactions in chemistry and related sciences. You access via the Library A-Z database page.

April 2020

  • Due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus, some publishers have increased access to resources for a limited time to assist students and academics. Click here for list of resources.
  • Studying working off campus, BrowZine app makes it easy to keep up to date with the key journals in your field. Read on the sofa or at your desk. See here for more information.

February 2020

  • This year the library has obtained new electronic resources that is available for access. Please check the library's databases A-Z e-resources page under the New/Trial Databases section, for list of newly added electronic resources.

December 2019

  • IBISWorld has updated to a new platform now called MyIBISWorld. You can view a 7min webinar about the new platform you can access it here.
  • Westlaw UK have updated their platform. Their current platform is still functional as per normal but will be shut down on 14 December this year. See the handy quick start guides covering how to get started, alerts, annotations, cases, delivery, folders, favourites & history, EU, legislation, news and topics. You can view the Westlaw UK platform here.

November 2019

  • New Trial Database: DBpia is a Korean database of journals and articles. This is now available for trial until 13 February 2020. Access is only available on campus network, click here for access.
  • Australian Institute of Architects: Over the past six months they have continued to provide new and updated content covering a wide range of issues including the release of 2019 Client Architect Agreement in downloadable digital format, see here for more information.
  • The Hague Academy Collected Courses Online have updated their interface and features, for more information click here.
  • The 2020 CAS Future Leaders program will begin accepting applications starting December 2, 2019, this is open to PH.D. students or postdoctoral scholar.
  • eTG complete has enhanced there search tool features, more information on the search upgrade is available on TGL’s website.

  • Emerald have announced that access to the teaching notes is now available for teaching staff who are based at subscribing institutions. The process for creating individual provision to access the Teaching Notes is detailed on emerald Customer Support Portal.
