Mindful Eating

One mealtime skill that can fit with any healthy eating style, and a way to reduce stress eating. Apply simple mindfulness techniques to the process of eating.

Visit Protective Service's popup in Fisher - use their label maker to protect your belongings, play games, win prizes, and get advice about your safety and security in the Library on campus.
